What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for items in original condition with proof of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All RISIS products come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
