Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original RISIS jewelry box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Quality Inspection & Processing

  Upon receipt, our specialists will inspect the item; once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days.
